Refund Policy

Refunds
We are committed to providing top-quality services to all our clients. However, if you are unsatisfied with our services for any reason, our refund policy is as follows:

For Monthly Retainer Services:
As our marketing strategies are customized specifically for each client, fees paid for monthly services already rendered are non-refundable. However, you may cancel your monthly services agreement at any time by providing 30 days written notice. Any fees paid in advance for services that have not yet been rendered will be refunded on a prorated basis.

For One-Time Services:
If you are unsatisfied with the quality of any one-time service rendered, you must provide written notice and request a refund within 5 business days of service completion. Requests received after 5 business days are ineligible for refunds. If approved, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid for that service.

Refund Processing:
All refund requests will be processed within 15 business days after approval. Refunds will be provided via the original payment method used or by company check.

Changes or Customizations:
Any service change or customization requests invalidate eligibility for a refund. However, at our discretion, we may choose to offer a partial or full refund if we are unable to fulfill the specific request after work has commenced.

Limitations:
All refunds granted are at the sole discretion of Ampliclicks Media Private Limited Refunds are limited to amounts paid to Ampliclicks Media Private Limited in fees for services. Any external costs incurred as part of service delivery cannot be refunded.
